Class times and venues 
If you have a query about classes or Pilates please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
Our  Pilates classes run at five venues during the week and are taught in blocks.  Each course runs for approximately six to eight weeks and follows school term times.  
For example a six week course costs £36 which is payable in advance to secure your place.  Contact dianne@welovepilates.com for more information or to book your place.

5:30 - 6:30pm Mixed Ability Pilates 
6:30 - 7:30pm Mixed Ability Pilates

The classes are mixed ability, suitable for all ages and levels of ability, including beginners.  We can accommodate and adapt the exercises for health conditions - backs, shoulders, knees & hips etc
Each exercise is layered so you can work at the baseline level and have a wonderful, relaxing  workout or you can do the more challenging options to challenge yourself and work harder.

This class is mixed ability, suitable for all ages and levels of ability, including beginners.
It is a class with a quicker pace and more progressions of each exercise, however I can accommodate beginners and help you to get the best out of each exercise.
