At We Love Pilates all clients complete a PAR-Q health screening questionnaire which is a requirement of my insurance provider & also to allow me to see if you are able to undertake a Pilates class and if any exercises are contraindicated or need modifying.
This document is kept securely and your personal data is never shared with anyone else or to other company's or providers.
Due to the requirements of my Insurance provider I must keep this information for seven years after which it will be disposed of securely.
Phone numbers are stored on my mobile for emergency purposes in case I have to in exceptional circumstances cancel the class at short notice - they will be deleted after 6 months of non attendance.

All classes are booked & paid for in advance - this is to secure your place if you wish to continue each term - if you are unable to make a class, subject to availability, I am happy for you to swap into another class that week / term or swap to the Saturday Zoom class. I cannot carry over into the next block.
